With Next Hotel Brisbane turning into Hyatt Regency Brisbane, the 4th floor rooftop also changed from The Pool Terrace & Bar to Hibiscus Bar & Terrace.

So while the setting is new, this is classic Brisbane rooftop grounds, and Hibiscus Bar & Terrace is also a revival of what was the city's leading bar, dining and musical venue throughout the ‘70s and ‘80s.

Set right in the heart of the Central Business District, the stylish rooftop holds restaurant, bar and events spaces, and this is also one of few rooftop bars in Brisbane that comes with an infinity rooftop pool.

With a nostalgic, vibrant offering of food and drinks, here you can enjoy refreshing spritz and cocktails, craft beer and a wide selection of wines, as well as classic Aussie fare.
