Overview
Charming restaurant with lovely marina views.
Only one floor up, Restaurante Terraza Pantalán is not the highest terrace around Las Palmas. But despite low altitude, the location next to Muelle Deportivo de Las Palmas marina means fantastic views over the water and all the boats.
Also called Restaurante Bar Pantalan, the rooftop is set on top of another popular restaurant, called Allende Muelle. And while the entrance can be a bit tricky to find, it is well worth the search. Both for great views, great food and great atmosphere.
The stylish and wooden decked Pantalán terrace is filled with dining tables and covered with large, white awnings. If the weather should turn sour, there is also seating inside. And the large panorama windows means that the views are pretty sweet inside as well.
Open daily from noon to late night, the rooftop restaurant offers lunch, dinner and drinks in between. Here you can enjoy a tasty and varied menu, ranging from seafood dishes as well as fine tapas, meats, pasta and salads. Complemented with fine wines and cold beer, Terraza Pantalán is a fantastic spot for a long and sunny lunch.
Very friendly in atmosphere and service, and Restaurante Terraza Pantalán can get busy, especially on weekends. So even though the terrce is spacious, reservations are recommended to make sure you get a good table. Then you can indulge in both Canarian cheeses and calamares while guessing price tags on the yachts in the marina.
