On the 7th floor of the lovely The Restoration Hotel you find The Watch Rooftop Kitchen & Spirits, offering you a chance to taste Charleston while you also look out over the city.

Mixing indoor and outdoor seating, up here you find an industrial-chic interior dining room, complemented with two sleek outdoor terraces. All surrounded by a breathtaking panorama of Charleston’s architectural history.

The Watch restaurant menu takes a cue from the rich history and coastal location, artfully serving modern American food with low country and global influences. Available as lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch, dishes are served as snacks and shareables, as well as more filling signatures.

From the rooftop bar you can order crafted signature cocktails and plenty of zero proof, like the 'No-Groni', as well as a fine selection of spirits and wine.
