Perched on top of the fantastic Taj Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Paros takes inspiration from the Greek Island with the same name, found in the heart of the Aegean Sea.

Instead of looking out over the Mediterranean, here you are surrounded with absolutely fantastic views over Dubai, including the Dubai Marina and the close-by Emirates Golf Club.

Set by the hotel's glittering rooftop pool, Paros is both a rooftop bar and restaurant, offering seating both inside and out on the bright and coastline-influenced terrace.

Open from mid day to late night, here you can enjoy a sunny lunch with Mediterranean flavours, or relax poolside with something from the large beverage menu. Maybe an 'Aethios', made with Metaxa (Greek brandy), grapefruit bitter and ginger ale?

As the sun sets, Paros turns into more of a vibrant lounge, where you can sip specially curated cocktails as the resident DJ keeps the atmosphere on top into the night.

Paros also host weekly events, like the 'Nisi on 46' night brunch every Thursday and 'Hera Ladies Night' every Wednesday. The daily 'Sip&Dip' means you can enjoy the rooftop pool from 12nn-5pm for AED 75 per person, fully redeemable on food and drinks. Or 'Dip&Dine', with a three-course Mediterranean lunch and pool access for AED 120.
