The amazing One&Only Royal Mirage Resort in Dubai is really something extra. Located just off Dubai Marina, it has its own kilometre of private beachfront, facing The Palm Island Bay, as well as one of the best beach clubs in the Dubai, called DRIFT Beach CLub.

On the 3rd floor of the hotel we find The Rooftop Terrace & Sports Lounge, which is a bit of a different rooftop bar compared to other 'classic' Dubai rooftops.

When entering it feels a bit like walking in to a scene from 'One Thousand and One Nights', with stylish majlis and lots of embroidered cushions , mosaic tables and candles doing most of the lighting. The terrace is very open air and offers great views of the ocean along with some cool glimpses of the Dubai skyline.

One of the more romantic and cosy rooftop bars in Dubai, with a usually very calm atmosphere.

From the rooftop bar you can order champagne, wines, classic cocktails, cigars and also choose from a special menu of craft beer. There is also a selection of Arabic mezzehs if you would like something to nibble on.

Inside you find the reason for 'Sports Bar' in the name, with a circular bar showing live sport events. Reservation can be made at the rooftop for parties of more than 10 people. Otherwise you are most welcome as a walk-in guest on a first come first served basis.
