Called 1820 Rooftop Bar, this exclusive and elevated venue blends a stylish interior lounge with panoramic windows and a modern outside terrace, all surrounded with breathtaking views of the city’s skyline and historic Old Town, with the Edinburgh Castle as given focal point.

Open daily from morning coffee to special dining, and for drinks and bites with a view anywhere in between, the 1820 menu is created to offer the ultimate Scottish culinary and whisky experience.

The evolving bartender-created drinks menus of course feature plenty of options including Johnnie Walker whisky, but there is also a wide range of other items, including wine, beer and non-alcoholic options. Food-wise, you can indulge in locally-sourced Scottish cuisine.

While a given end to a tasting experience, you don't have to book a tour to visit 1820 Rooftop Bar. Reservations are however hightly recommended.
