Opened in May 2022, The Edge Seafood Restaurant & SkyBar offers a new and charming destination to enjoy both covered and alfresco dining and drinks on the waterfront of the Destin Harbor.

Built directly on top of the water and set over two levels, the downstairs Edge restaurant is open and spacious, and offers great views of the harbor and beyond. But it gets even better at the SkyBar one floor above, where the firepit terrace comes with patio seating and comfy lounge sofas, as well as amazing panoramics stretching all the way to the Gulf of Mexico.

The Edge menu includes a diverse offering of Florida-style seafood, from fresh ceviche to whole snapper, as well as steaks, chicken, and duck dishes. There is also a wide selection of refreshing drinks, from brews to frozen and specialty cocktails.

The restaurant and bar downstairs is available to all from lunch to late dinner, while the upstairs SkyBar is an adults only venue, opening in the afternoon. In a laid-back yet stylish atmosphere, here you can enjoy the 4-6pm daily happy hour, amazing sunset views, plenty of live music, fun-filled events, along with cocktails and crafted small plates to keep you happy all night long.
