Overview
Beautiful and dual rooftop setting, including stylish cocktail bar and Michelin Star restaurant.
Hotel Principe Forte Dei Marmi is a modern and exclusive resort & spa, located on the Tuscan Riviera. Equipped with 28 stylish rooms, as well as a beach club and restaurant, the hotel also holds a fantastic and dual rooftop setting, including a rooftop cocktail lounge and a Michelin Star restaurant.
The rooftop bar is called 67 Sky Lounge, and mixing interior and outdoor seating, this is an exclusive and dynamic venue, overlooking the entire Versilia coast.
During summer, the rooftop is open nightly for all to enjoy aperitifs at sunset and exclusive after dinner, surrounded by breathtaking views over the Tyrrhenian Sea. The rooftop menu includes original and unique cocktails, a refined list of bubbles and a selection of spirits, complemented by international snack dishes.
During the winter months, the rooftop is open for the usual aperitif, but also for lunch and dinner, serving a 'Taste of Lux Lucis' menu.
Which leads us to the other rooftop venue on top of Principe Forte Dei Marmi, the Lux Lucis Restaurant, home to the Michelin-starred cuisine of Chef Valentino Cassanelli.
Offering panoramic views over the town’s stone pines to the Apuan Alps in the east and westwards over the Tyrrhenian Sea, the 28-seat restaurant serves amazing dishes that are a free expression of Italian cuisine, with an unrestrained creativity, drawing from the rich biodiversity surrounding the coastal town of Forte dei Marmi. The restaurant’s wine cellar is also expertly stocked by Maître Sommelier Sokol Ndreko.
From 25 March to 31 October, Lux Lucis Restaurant is always open for hotel guests to enjoy dinner, while external guests are welcome from Friday to Monday.
