Maymanta rooftop gives you the chance to 'travel to Perú without leaving Ibiza'. The rooftop restaurant serves a gastronomic journey through the unusual routes of Peru, the Amazon, the Andes and the Pacific, with dishes perfect to share, created by Peruvian chef Omar Malpartida.

At the adjacent Maymanta Pisco Bar you can indulge in alchemist pisco cocktails, as well as more regular classics, smoothies and a wine menu chosen by a top class sommelier.
