Perched on top of the superb Lisboa Pessoa Hotel, the stylish Mensagem rooftop mixes indoor and outdoor seating, as well as restaurant and bar. Open both during lunch and evening.

Named after the book 'Message' by Fernando Pessoa, the interior restaurant comes with eight small niches, all named after poems by the same author. Here you can enjoy elegant Portuguese dishes during intimate dinners, with a private window overlooking the city.

A bit less private, but more open-air, the Mensagem rooftop bar holds two outdoor terraces, where you get fantastic views over both Lisbon and the Tagus River.

Usually opening already at noon, here you can enjoy relaxing and sunny crafted cocktails, sunsets with live music, or chill nights with tapas and national beverages.
