Perched on top of the elegant and newly renovated hotel The Beverly Hilton, Sant'olina is a Mediterranean bar and restaurant, capturing the essence of a seaside escape.

Inside seating with floor-to-ceiling windows is mixed with fantastic open-air views over Los Angeles, all surrounded with a timeless Mediterranean color palette.

The rooftop menu is a a melting pot of Mediterranean cuisine with a Southern California spin. From the hummus dips to the kebabs and roasted salmon. Complementing the food, you find a refreshing selection of signature cocktails, as well as a large array of wine by both glass and bottle.

Coastal chic and elegant, Sant'olina is open daily for dinner, and during the warmer season usually also for weekend brunch. Weekdays from 5-9pm means happy hour in the bar.
