Perched on top of Blackfriars House in Deansgate, Climat is a stylish and unique addition to the Manchester rooftop heaven.

The second site from the team behind Covino, who set up shop in Chester's historic city centre back in 2016, Climat opened late 2022, and is described as a wine-led rooftop bar and restaurant.

Part elegant and sleek interior dining room, here you also find a stunning outdoor terrace, with panoramic views over Manchester.

Here you can indulge in Executive Chef Luke Richardson dishes, presented as ‘Parisian-expat food’ with contemporary, minimalist aesthetics. Complementing the food is a cellar of approximately 300 different wines, with a focus on Burgundy’s.
