Braise is a lovely farm to table restaurant, as well as a culinary school. Located in Harbor View, this unique restaurant also comes with a unique rooftop terrace.

Charming, simple and very natural in setting, the wood- and garden inspired rooftop fits very well with the local, farmer and community supported restaurant.

The rooftop is in full swing during the warmer months, but it also holds cosy rooftop greenhouses, that can be reserved for private dining experiences year-round, fitting up to 12 people comfortably. The greenhouses are quipped with heaters and an eletrical fireplace during winter, and with air-condition during summer.

Braise aims to offer a return to slow grown, natural food, and here you can enjoy seasonal dishes from a menu written daily. All made with great quality, from local ingredients.

Just as the food is crafted and unique, so are the cocktails. And just as the ingridients are local, so are the beers.

With both inside restaurant, bar and rooftop terrace, Braise is a great spot for a special night out with a loved one or some friends. And if you wish to learn more about the craft of cooking, they also offer cooking classes.
