Overview
Hot-spot for craft cocktails, dining, distillery tours and rooftop fun.
Located in the heart of downtown Milwaukee, the Central Standard Crafthouse & Kitchen is housed in a beautiful and renovated 11,700-square-foot building. Covering five floors, here you find a basement for distillery tours, a main floor restaurant and bar, and upper floor event space. But the true gem is the top floor rooftop terrace, called The Aviary.
Spacious and modern, the open-air rooftop comes with plenty of bar-style seating, all surrounded with fantastic views over the Milwaukee skyline.
This is the perfect spot to indulge in award winning cocktails created with Central Standard spirits, like an 'Wisconsin Old Fashioned' or a 'Milwaukee Mule'. Or you try a spirit flight, or go for something from the nice selection of beers.
The rooftop bar does not offer food service, and does not take reservations. So if you want something more than a sunny drink, make it a combo with reservations at the downstairs restaurant, and drinks at the rooftop before or after.
The Central Standard restaurant offers culinary creations from the scratch kitchen, including shareable plates, fresh salads, and entrees like Braised Beef, Seasonal Risotto and Carlisle Beef Hot Dog. Food is served as lunch, dinner and weekend brunch.
