On the 7th floor of the hotel you used to find the Horizon Rooftop, but after a 2024 re-branding, the spacious rooftop is now home to Amù Monte Carlo.

Dressed in a natural yet very elegant suit, blending bar spots and comfy loungers with stylish dining table, here you are surrounded by a unique 360° view of the Casino, the Opera House, the Prince's Palace and the Mediterranean. Absolutely unbeatable.

Described as a celebration of love for Riviera cuisine, here you can indulge in creative dishes filled with flavors, and made with techniques, that define the French and Italian coasts.

Drink-wise, you find everything from expertly crafted cocktails, to a fine selection of wine and champagne.

Open everyday from morning to evening, you can visit for a sunny and elevated lunch, dinner and sips in a chilled yet sophisticated atmosphere, or the Sunday BBQ. Just remember that reservations are highly recommended
