Conservatory Lounge & Bar is a beautiful and modern restaurant, bar and terrace, located on the 10th floor of the fantastic Ararat Park Hyatt. Up here you get one of the best views in Moscow with stunning sights of the Kremlin and the close by Bolshoi Theatre.
Very stylish and bright in decoration, both on the outdoor terrace and at the indoor, botanical lounge. The botanical isnpiration also continues in food and drinks, spiced with herbs grown in the micro-greenhouse at the bar.
The food menu consists of “avant-garde” dishes from all around the world, while the signature cocktails from the rooftop bar are some of the best and most creative you will find in all of Moscow.
Open 365 days a year, Conservatory comes with a cosy and warm atmosphere, perfect for both a sunny lunch or intimate cocktails or dinner with a view by night.
And while the terrace is most welcoming during the warmer days, they do also build a really cool ice-bar at the terrace in winter. Blanket is thankfully included.
