80 meters up in the air, on top of the great Golden Ring Hotel you will find this lovely sky lounge and restaurant called Panorama Restaurant.
From the circle shaped venue you get a spectacular 360-degree view of Moscow. Unfortunately an all indoor rooftop, and therefore not on the official The Rooftop Guide-listing. But still a classic and fantastic place for dinner with a view, and the first rooftop restaurant in Moscow.
The rooftop restaurant offers a great menu of European gastronomy and modern Russian cuisine, along with live music from Tuesday to Saturday. One level below you also find the beautiful Winter Garden restaurant, set in a glass cupola.
