Dachgarten Closed

Overview

Since the Alpina Parkhaus is being renovated, Dachgarten had to close. They are looking for a new location to relocate.

On top of a parking garage, right in the middle of the Stachus, you find Dachgarten, a lush, green and charming Munich rooftop bar. Dachgarten actually translates into 'Roof Garden', so the name is very fitting.

The terrace is wooden decked, and also equipped with a wooden bar and wooden seating, so the setting is very natural. And you are not only surrounded by lots of greenery, but also a beautiful view over the rooftops of Munich and the Frauenkirche.

The Dachgarten rooftop bar offers healthy bowls and hearty sandwiches for the hungry ones, but you can also visit for just some after-work beers or a sunny drink. All served in a relaxed, comfy and friendly atmosphere.

A perfect spot for sunshine (closed if it rains), views and a great time during the warmer months, but Dachgarten is also available during the colder season, with both an ice rink and a winter-inspired menu.

In cooperation with GreenCity, the terrace also holds several vegetable patches, that can be reserved and maintained by anyone. Truly an urban garden oasis!
