Conceived as a return to the classic cocktail lounge, both the indoors and the outdoors at Watermark is dressed in natural, textured materials and warm earth tones, creating a contemporary yet relaxing environment, perfect to escape and unwind.

Taking a culinary approach to the art of the cocktail, Watermark serves creations expertly crafted by talented mixologists, that also vary with the seasons and availability of ingredients. There is also light, seasonal finger foods created in-house to go with the drinks.
