Rustic, charming yet stylish in setting, an indoor lounge and bar with a retractable glass roof atrium leads out to a wooden decked rooftop terrace. Here you find comfy lounge seating, but most of all: amazing views over the Empire State Building and Manhattan skyline.

With the generous opening hours, you can visit Refinery Rooftop for lunch (Mon-Fri), evening cocktails and bites, or for a weekend NYC rooftop brunch.

The Refinery food menu consist of tasty New American dishes, presented by Culinary Director Jeff Haskell. Options range from Little Gem Ceasar Salad to Pulled Pork Flatbread and Seared Tuna.

From the rooftop bar you can order mixology signature cocktails, 'Old Fashioneds' that pay homage to the hat factory than once occupied the bulding, a large selection of whiskey, and wine/champagne/beer in both bottle or by the glass.
