Exquisite and lavish, the tented rooftop really creates a charming and special setting, surrounded with beautiful views over the Andaman Sea and the lush forest.

From the welcome drink to the first bite, through interactive courses and open kitchen theatrics, Tambu turns dining into a captivating story of gastronomy.

Run by Iron Chef winner Saurabh Sachdeva, the rooftop menu features progressive Indian charcoal cuisine, filled with smoky, earthy flavours cooked over glowing embers. Complementing the food, you find an exquisite selection of wines, craft brews, and signature cocktails infused with exotic flowers, fruits, and spices.

Made for elevated and special dinners above Phuket, Tambu serves both an á la carte and a chef's tasting menu, as well as a Sunday lunch.
