Intimate rooftop offering local small plates, crafted cocktails and panoramic views.

Perched on top of the superb SCP Redmond Hotel, The Rooftop is an intimate, charming and lush venue. And the only one of its kind in Redmond, located in the heart of Oregon.

Opened in 2019, the rooftop is divided into 1 500-square-foot of indoor space and a lovely wooden decked terrace. Equipped with a mix of comfy lounge sofas and dining tables, the rooftop comes surrounded with greenery, a cool vertical garden and some amazing and panoramic views of the Cascade Range, including Three Sisters volcanic peaks, Mount Bachelor, Black Butte, and Smith Rock State Park.

The rooftop menu includes tasty small plates that are truly local. Made with Oregon vegetables and proteins, many of the herbs and spices are grown in The Rooftop’s own garden.

Just as with the food, the handrafted cocktails also feature herbs and fruit taken from the rooftop garden. Complemented with warm drinks and a seasonal selection of beer, cider and wine, there is something for all tastes.

With a setting that feels natural and modern at the same time, and an atmosphere that is both energetic and relaxing, the SCP Redmond rooftop is available from spring to fall, equipped with umbrellas offering shade on the warm and sunny days, as well as warming heaters for the cooler evenings.

While walk-ins are welcome, The Rooftop and social garden is not huge, so reservations are recommended to be on the safe side. And try to make them around sunset hour, which is truly something special from up here.

When the rooftop is closed, or before / after enjoying all the views, SCP Redmond Hotel also offers several other outlets to enjoy food and drinks. The farm-to-table restaurant Terra Kitchen serves a locally-grown and locally-sourced dining experience, while the Wayfarer Club is a great lounge to indulge in daily tavern-style small plates and hand-crafted cocktails.
