Instead of climbing Mount Rainier for views, climb the 16 storeys up to the top of Graduate Seattle. Here you find the charming Mountaineering Club, a rooftop bar offering some of the best vistas the city has available.

Up here you can catch two whole mountain ranges and enjoy panoramics including Puget Sound, the University of Washington campus and the downtown skyline.

The open-air and wooden-inspired outdoor terrace wraps around an indoor lounge which is campsite-chic and comfy, with well-used couches and old mountaineering gear as part of the decoration.

The Mountaineering Club menu continues on the trekking-theme, with reimagined campsite bites and playful cocktails. Nibble on some Oysters, Loki Salmon Can or Rooftop Smore’s, and wash it down with signature and hot cocktails or an ice-cold beer.

Open for outdoor-enjoyment daily for everyone, and for anyone +21 after 6pm, the Mountaineering Club is a popular venue, and reservations are always recommended.
