Overview
"Earth to plate" restaurant with a lush, year-round rooftop.
Found in Capitol Hill, Terra Plata is an "Earth to plate" concept created by James Beard award winning Chef Tamara Murphy, where you really can enjoy the local, organic and sustainable.
Part charming and bright downstairs dining room, with a large bar and open kitchen, the true gem is the upstairs, triangular-shaped rooftop garden. Up here, dining and high top tables are surrounded with views over Capitol Hill, as well as herbs used in the dishes served.
The creative menu at Terra Plata is seasonal and changing, but always include ingredients from local growers & artisan producers, and usually sprinkled with Mediterranean influences. Complementing the food is both crafted cocktails and old-world wines.
Open for dinner and weekend brunch, Terra Plata is a great Seattle rooftop for a special dining experience with both friends, family or a date. Apart from the rooftop brunch, the Monday Paella Night is also highly popular.
Thanks to cover, overhead heaters and blankets upon request, the rooftop can stay open all year long.
