Here you find Blue Sky Bar, a beautiful and exclusive terrace bar, elevated above the winding streets of the historic center. Surrounded by Gothic-Catalan crenellation and Mediterranean plants, the rooftop presents breathtaking panoramic views over Mount Etna and Taormina Bay.

Open every evening during the warmer months, Blue Sky Bar invites to romantic sunset aperitifs, as well as refined lounge vibes under a starry sky, where the resident DJ creates the soundtrack.

The rooftop menu features a great selection of crafted signature cocktails with Sicilian names, aromas, and spirits, made by bar manager Anna Grahek. There is also classic cocktails, bubbles, wines, beers and some elevated bites.

Filled with Sicilian charm and an elegant atmosphere, Blue Sky Bar is certain to create memorable summer nights. In case of bad weather, and during the winter season, the rooftop moves to the intimate lounge bar Monsù inside Palazzo Vecchio.
