The second floor Mamma Caura Rooftop is a must-try experience in Sicily, with incredible and breathtaking sunset views. One of its kind, as it enjoys a strategic position created already by the Phoenicians civilization, the colors up here during sunset are stunning, creating a rare beauty and romantic setting.

The Mamma Caura menu includes Sicilian dishes with Brazilian influences (a component of the property is Brazilian), tapas for the aperitif and also a fixed menu for rooftop reservations. The wine list is made by a choice of great Sicilian winerys and tailor-made cocktails with Marsala wine as the protagonist. For those who like Champagne, you can taste the Champagne Lanson, which is the official one from the Mamma Caura.

The music at Mamma Caura is much more than just background music: it is an integral part of the soul of the sunset bar. At sunset, emotions amplify, creating a unique atmosphere that celebrates the beauty of the salt flats. On weekends from June to September there are DJ sets at sunset that enchant those who come to visit.

On the ground floor, the panoramic terrace on the canal is possible to visit for a continental breakfast, lunch, aperitif or dinner.

On the first floor, you find an intimate and elegant pink restaurant with panoramic views and air-conditioning. Inside the restaurant room it's possible to see the permanent photographic exhibition of Sicily from 1900, a real enchantment.
