The trendy 1939 Singapore (Formerly Potato Head) is found in Chinatown, covering an iconic heritage building on the corner of Keong Saik and Teck Lim Road.
Set over several levels, the second floor is home to The Restaurant, and the third floor houses the decadent drinking den Studio 1939 Cocktail Bar. At the very top and 4th floor, you find the prime alfresco spot, simply called The Rooftop Bar.
Filled with fairy lights, vintage furniture and exotic plants, the rooftop garden has a tropical vibe, both in setting and in flavours. Overlooking the surrounding heritage rooftops and the modern city skyline, here you can enjoy crafted tiki-themed cocktails, along with bites from the restaurant below.
