Lush and sprawling rooftop restaurant and bar, bringing Middle Eastern vibes to the heart of Sydney.

Perched on top of the Westfield Sydney shopping mall, Babylon Rooftop is a 1200sqm rooftop restaurant and bar, packed with both Middle Eastern inspired looks and tastes.

Occupying more than half of the rooftop, Babylon includes a restaurant, two large bars, a wood-fired kitchen, and a large outdoor terrace. All an imagined and beautiful recreation of the ancient city, and all surrounded with majestic views over the surrounding CBD skyscrapers.

At the rooftop restaurant you can enjoy a menu inspired by the rich and flavourful Levantine cuisine of the Middle East and Eastern Mediterranean. Created by Head Chef Arman Uz, the shared menu is split into flora, fauna and ocean.

The 300+ capacity rooftop bar features signature cocktails with Middle Eastern influence, as well as a 200+ whisky offering and a wine menu that includes a hand-picked selection of Old World and New World wines.
