At the O Restaurant, you can indulge in celebrated chef and owner Michael Moore's seasonal creations, celebrating the very best of the region’s sea and soil. Complementing the food is an awarded wine list, curated to focus on iconic and boutique Australian producers whilst also offering selections from all over the world.

O’s Lounge Bar features a collection of over 400 meticulously curated spirits, as well as creative signature cocktails and seasonal favourites. There is also an elevated selection of small and large bar bites, so drinks can easily turn into a full dinner.

Energetic yet intimate, O Bar and Dining is a special place made for sky-high and unforgettable Sydney experiences. Open for evening visits 7 days a week, the rooftop also offers lunch on selected days, depending on the season.

For small and large private affairs, O Bar and Dining holds a beautifully appointed private dining room, and the venue can also be reserved for events, accommodating up to 100 seated guests or 150 standing.
