Located on top of the premium Black & Blue steakhouse, The Roof is Vancouver's largest rooftop dining destination. And just as the downstairs dining room, the outdoor restaurant and lounge is a stylish and luxurious venue.

Surrounded with fireplaces, the terrace got a make over during 2021, and it is now a beautiful, lush and garden-inspired venue, equipped with both dining tables and comfy lounge sofas under flower filled pergolas. And while the views is nothing to brag about, it is instead a great spot for people watching.

Usually open daily for lunch, dinner and drinks in between, The Roof menu is filled with shareables, oysters, generous cuts of prime meats, seafood and poultry cooked over the wood coals in the Josper Grill.

There is also a big selection of fine drinks, and during the daily Cocktail Hour (2.30 to 6pm), you can enjoy draft beer, house wine and several cocktails at great prices.

With a hot, trendy and towards upscale atmosphere, The Roof at Black & Blue dress code is business casual. Not strictly, but to feel right at home with the crowd and vibe, dressing up a bit is a good idea.
