Part of St. Bernardus Brewery, the spacious, chic and airy rooftop has plenty of both interior and outdoor seating, all surrounded with spectacular 360° views of the countryside around Watou.
If you take a brewery tour, the rooftop is the finishing point and where the beer tastings take place. But you can also visit without a tour, as Bar Bernard welcomes everyone to enjoy drinks and bites with a view from Wednesday to Sunday.
You should of course try one (or several) of St. Bernardus special top-fermented dark and light beers, but the menu also includes options from Weihenstephan and Kazematten Brewery, as well as a wide range of non-alcoholic beverages, wines and spirits.
Food-wise, you find generous portions of dishes inspired by the flavours in the brewery, made perfect to share, and perfect to pair it with one of the beers.
