Food & Drinks: Created by chefpreneur Olivier da Costa, SEEN serves an eclectic and flavor packed cuisine & bar menu, filled with Mediterranean and Japanese influences. The authentic, fresh and high-quality dishes are designed to be shared, and feature everything from 'SEEN Taco', 'Lobster Spaghettini' and 'Laminated Wagyu', to a great selection of sushi and sashimi. Drink-wise, you find a variety of signature cocktails that are an attraction for lovers of the mixology craft, a few classics with a twist, and an impressive wine menu, with plenty of local options.

What we think: We’ve been here 3 times in the last 6 years, and after every visit we’re more and more impressed. The latest revamp in 2024 was great! A novelty for 2025 is that SEEN Sky Bar now offers al fresco lunches, turning it into an all-day venue. Visit for a sunny break during the day, glamorous and sophisticated sunset bites and drinks, or vibrant and upscale nights, often featuring live acts and DJs.

Dress code: The SEEN Sky Bar dress code is casual chic. Flip flops and beachwear are not allowed.

What we think: We always return to this rooftop when in Lisbon. Mainly because the Italian food and spectacular views. Open nightly, Rooftop at The Art INN is a prime spot for both special dinners and aperitifs, elevated above the central parts of Lisbon. The terrace comes filled with a comfy and friendly atmosphere, often highlighted with soft live music.

Early evenings, the open-air terrace is the ideal spot for relaxing after-work cocktails, and the rooftop restaurant perfect for enjoying a delicious dinner.

What we think: From relaxing afternoon drinks and sunsets with live music, to elevated and specials dinners in a unique setting, Mensagem is a prime Lisbon rooftop. You can make your reservation here. Here you find an elegant and itnimate interior dining room, which features eight small niches with private windows over the city of Lisbon, all namned after poems by Fernando Pessoa.

Food & Drinks: Up here, you'll be able to choose from a long and delicious list of signature seasonal cocktails, all made fresh with local ingredients, a great wine list carefully selected by André Figuinba, world-spirits, and other drinks. There's also a fantastic food menu, made with seasonal ingredients and changing according to the time of the year. Most of the food in the rooftop restaurant is meant to share and go fantastically well with some of the drinks of the house, so next time you're visiting, make sure to ask your waiter for help pairing up your drinks and your food.

What we think: We've been here twice during the last couple of years. It's truly one of our favorite rooftops in Lisbon. Most because the delicious food and great views. Boasting Art Deco style, comfortable and luxurious lounge furniture, and a unique style throughout the entire place, Rossio is the perfect locale for those looking for a beautiful destination both inside and out. Rossio Gastrobar offers both indoor and outdoor seating, with plenty of space on the exterior terrace.
