What we think: We’ve been here 3 times in the last 6 years, and after every visit we’re more and more impressed. The latest revamp in 2024 was great! A novelty for 2025 is that SEEN Sky Bar now offers al fresco lunches, turning it into an all-day venue. Visit for a sunny break during the day, glamorous and sophisticated sunset bites and drinks, or vibrant and upscale nights, often featuring live acts and DJs.

There's also a fantastic food menu, made with seasonal ingredients and changing according to the time of the year. Most of the food in the rooftop restaurant is meant to share and go fantastically well with some of the drinks of the house, so next time you're visiting, make sure to ask your waiter for help pairing up your drinks and your food.
What we think: We've been here twice during the last couple of years. It's truly one of our favorite rooftops in Lisbon. Most because the delicious food and great views. Boasting Art Deco style, comfortable and luxurious lounge furniture, and a unique style throughout the entire place, Rossio is the perfect locale for those looking for a beautiful destination both inside and out. Rossio Gastrobar offers both indoor and outdoor seating, with plenty of space on the exterior terrace.
