Ambiance: Floating sky high above the Brickell city center, on top of the AC & Element Hotel Miami Downtown, Rosa Sky is one of the best additions to the glittering Miami rooftop heaven. And if you talk about the best party rooftops, no one does it better than Rosa Sky. A street-facing elevator will give you direct access to the 22nd floor rooftop, where you find a stylish modern lounge setting and some amazing panoramic views over the Miami skyline.

Drinks & Food: Up here you can indulge in an eclectic and generous menu, including hand-crafted, colorful and whimsical signature cocktails, like The Rosa Sky and Tulum Trip, as well as a rosé wine list and bottled spirits. Complementing the drinks, the rooftop serves a globally inspired tapas menu, with masterful remixes of crave-worthy classics made perfect to share.

What we think: We visited for a long party night in January 2025. And it was one of our best party experiences on a rooftop in a long time. Lit up by the night sky and digitally mapped light choreography, Rosa Sky is bound to be a new favorite rooftop retreat for elevated nights in Miami. The vibrant evenings will include bold sounds by some of the city’s favorite DJs and music makers.

Dress code: The Rosa Sky Rooftop dress code is casual chic. Casual Chic is a dress code that is a little more elevated than the Smart Casual dress code. The premise of Casual Chic is that the clothing is comfortable, but with an elegant touch. Think of a shirt, paired with tailored pants.

Ambiance: Elevated above Lincoln Road in the heart of South Beach, MILA offers a Miami rooftop experience unlike any other. With the full name MILA Restaurant, Rooftop Lounge & Mixology Bar, you can sense that this is a venue where celebrations and dining seamlessly merge. As does the indoor-outdoor setting of the impressive and chic-bohemian terrace, filled with minimalistic design elements like sleek, sculpted wood tabletops, natural textiles and a central water feature.

Drinks and Food: Aiming to transport diners on a culinary journey through the shores of Mediterranean and Japan, MILA offers flavorful MediterrAsian cuisine. Complementing the food, the MILA mixology bar offers a menu that pays homage to the artisans, brewers, distillers and farmers across the globe, with re-imaginations of the classics with a modern twist.

What we think: As with many other rooftops in Miami, we loved the vibrant party atmosphere at MILA. That and the tasty fusion “MediterrAsian cuisine” was the best things after our visit late 2024. Luxurious and high-end, yet bohemian and flirty, every night at MILA rooftop includes fire artist's and a vibrant and glamorous atmosphere. Apart from special evenings out, you can also visit the rooftop for a highly popular Sunday brunch.

Dress code: The MILA dress code is smart casual. Smart casual is an approach to dressing professionally that mixes trendier pieces in with classic staples. The goal is an appearance that’s clean and professional but doesn’t look too formal.

Spanning over 10,000-square-feet, the rooftop terrace is open, vibrant and lush, filled with Mediterranean plants such as olive and lemon citrus trees. Looking beyond the greenery, you can enjoy unobstructed views over the Miami skyline.

Drinks and Food: Equipped with both dining tables and more comfy lounge sofas, Astra rooftop is open nightly for dinner and vibes, as well as bottomless weekend brunch. The rooftop menu includes a wide selection of Greek inspired food, as well as mixology cocktails and wines, also filled with connotations from the Mediterranean. Go for a 'Mediterranean Old Fashioned' or a 'Mediterranean Rose Sangria'.

What we think: After our visit here, we were most impressed by the size of the terrace and the lush and cozy interior. Similar to the lively lounges found on Mykonos, Greece, you should visit Astra early evening for casual dinner and amazing sunset. Later on, the atmosphere turns into a more vibrant cocktail lounge, with international DJs and live bands keeping the vibes sky-high.

Dress code: The Astra dress code is business casual. Business casual is typically defined as no jeans, no shorts, no short dresses or skirts for women, optional ties for men, and a rotation of button-downs or blouses. Business casual dressing is more about avoiding a list of "don'ts".
