Eight floors up, this 1 500m2 terrace offers a really impressive 360° view over Paris, with the Opera House in close range and the Eiffel Tower as the stately backdrop. But not only about views, the terrace also holds a colorful and creative rooftop bar and restaurant called Créatures Paris.

The food is served daily as lunch and dinner, and in between and after you can also enjoy some refreshing drinks from the cocktail bar. Here you find signature creations focusing on herbs and plants, but also a nice selection of wine, champagne and juices.

What we think: Given the location, Créatures is of course the perfect spot for a break in a day filled with shopping. Créatures rooftop mixes a relaxing Mediterranean vibe with a large hint of Parisian trendiness. Overview

Ambiance: Perched on top of an old industrial building close to the Ménilmontant metro station, this is the original Le Perchoir Rooftop. Divided into two, the 7th floor rooftop is home to Le Bar, while the floor below holds Restaurant Le Perchoir par Adrien Cachot. There is also a snack shack offering tasty bar bites, but for a full dinner, head down to La Table restaurant and enjoy the French cuisine.

What we think: Vibrant, festive and trendy in atmosphere, Le Perchoir Ménilmontant might have a somewhat hidden entrance, but it is still a highly popular venue. So the recommendation is to be here early to avoid waiting in line, or book a table at the 6th floor restaurant. The rooftop terrace is both spacious, charming and natural, with a stylish bar and comfy sofas surrounded with colourful plants and scented herbs. And, an amazing 360-degree view over the Paris skyline, extra special when the sun sets over the Sacré-Coeur.
