The Brunch: Set among the rooftops in Darlinghurst next to Hyde Park, Slims is a cozy and uninterrupted gem open 7 days a week. On Saturdays and Sundays there’s Slims Brunch Club, offering bottomless wine, sparkling and cider and Asian fusion brunch inspired dishes. Choose from salmon avocado sushi, tempura prawns, corn ribs or beef skewer salad with fries. Still thirsty? Upgrade your booking to bottomless cocktail classics such as margaritas or espresso martinis and you’re set for the day!
Ambience: The top floor cherry-in-the-cake of the happening Hyde Park House is an orange and pink rooftop oasis, offering fantastic views over the close by Hyde Park, as well as uninterrupted vistas of the CBD skyline.
What we think: Usually covered with sunshine, Slims Rooftop is a great spot for a sunny brunch, which then continues into afternoon drinks and a full night of fun. Reservations are usually only possible for brunch, and otherwise the rooftop works on a first-come, first-served basis. So for weekend visits, try to be in good time.
Dress code: The Slims Rooftop dress code is casual. Casual dress code refers to clothing that is informal and comfortable, yet clean and professional. It’s best to go with nicer casual wear and avoid the baggier items you wear around the house.

The Brunch: This amazing Saturday bottomless brunch is served from 11:30 in the cocktail lounge. Here they put together a spread of favourite dishes to munch on that goes perfectly (if you ask us) with a drink in hand. A stylish venue, filled with plush lounges and marble everywhere, also offers a stylish menu.
Ambience: Perched on top of the fantastic boutique Hotel Palisade in Millers Point, Henry Deane is a contemporary rooftop cocktail lounge, offering amazing views over both the Sydney skyline and the surrounding harbour. Set over two levels, the main part of the rooftop is a modern and sophisticated indoor lounge with large panoramic windows, but there is also a smaller alfresco terrace to grab some sunshine.
What we think: With views and a setting that is bound to impress, Henry Deane at Hotel Palisade is the perfect Sydney rooftop bar for a superb brunch with a view. Just remember to make reservations. Go for the oysters and scallops along with some well-made mimosas for a luxurious feeling.

Overview
The Brunch: The kitchen team have their roots in Turkey, hence naturally the menu is inspired by food memories and based on traditional Levantine cuisine. Every Saturday and Sunday, Babylon hosts 2 hours of unlimited limoncello, perfectly paired with a Middle Eastern-inspired meze menu that’s sure to leave a lasting impression. Please note this brunch requires a reservation in advance.
Ambience: Perched amidst the skyscrapers of the city, and located on the 7 floor on the Westfield Pitt Street Mall, you’ll find Babylon. A stunning terrace offering spacious indoor seating with beautiful marble decor and beige leather sofas. And an outdoor seating designed with contemporary furniture in light shades enriched with green plants, creating a welcoming vibe.
What we think: For best party vibes during the brunch, we’d suggest coming here on the Saturday. The Sunday brunch is more chill. Occupying more than half of the rooftop, Babylon includes a restaurant, two large bars, a wood-fired kitchen, and a large outdoor terrace. All an imagined and beautiful recreation of the ancient city, and all surrounded with majestic views over the surrounding CBD skyscrapers.

The Brunch: Who doesn’t love a Bottomless Brunch? Every Saturday on the rooftop you can enjoy a superb Bottomless Brunch up here. For $75pp indulge in a 4-course shared food offering, plus bottomless Prosecco, house wine and tap beers. If you’re feeling adventurous, add cocktails to the mix for $99.
Ambience: Found in the heart of Darlinghurst, East Village Sydney offers three floors of (very diverse) fun. Open year-round, the rooftop changes by the season, offering a bright, colorful and Mediterranean setting with cooling mist jets and big umbrellas during the warmer months, turning into a cozy winter garden under the retractable roof during winter. The amazing views over the Sydney skyline are however always included.
What we think: This is a must visit if you like Bottomless Brunches with a view. Filled with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, the East Village rooftop is a popular venue, and not huge, so arriving early is a good idea if you want to grab one of the best spots. Otherwise, a reservation is highly recommended.

Bright, refreshing and chic in decoration, with lush greenery and vivid colours, the rooftop mixes laid back vibes with sophistication and quality, and Sydney sunshine with harbour views.
What we think: Visit Untied rooftop on any given afternoon / night for tropical rooftop vibes and drinks. Come weekend, and you can also indulge in the Saturday 'Brunch with Soul', featuring live soul singers, and the more plant-based vegan bottomless brunch on Sundays.tions.
