On Thursday 6th April, following its Winter hiatus, The Lucky Club Camden reopens for Spring. The roof terrace returns with a fresh new look, food and cocktail menu, and budget friendly offers, including its Taco Tuesdays with sharing tacos from £2.50. To celebrate the re-launch, the heated rooftop will be serving complimentary bubbles to the first 100 booked in for Easter weekend, goodie bags and non stop happy hour throughout the 4 day holiday.
Cocktail updates include new kids on the Margarita menu - the Tropical (Reposado Tequila, Guava Juice, Kiwi Syrup, Passion Fruit Syrup) and the El Mephisto (Mezcal, Creme de Cassis, Lime Juice, Ginger Ale) and Frozen Daiquiris in weekly changing flavours for when the temperature rises, such as lychee, passionfruit and raspberry to name but a few. Indecisive cocktail lovers are invited to leave it to the Lucky 8 ball, with fortunate shakers receiving a shot of tequila on the house. The bar has also curated a Taste of Mexico flight (£20.50) featuring 6 x 15ml of unique tequila and mezcal serves, for those looking to explore the spirits of Central America.
The food menu has also had a revamp. Continuing to boast Mexican street food in contemporary flavours, new Loaded Burritos join the large plate Sharing Nachos and Quesadillas, whilst the taco lineup welcomes newbies such as Battered Halloumi (with Mexican Slaw, Chipotle Mayo) and the dirty vegan Deep Fried Artichoke (with Red Cabbage, Coconut Cream, Dill.).
The re-opening will introduce the Lucky Hours - happy hour priced drinks from 9pm till close, every day, for Londoners looking for a cheeky nightcap, and the chance to win a free drink at the roll of the dice if you nail a lucky 7. The ever popular 2 for £12 Cocktail Mondays also returns, to ease patrons into the week ahead.
The roof terrace has been installed with a state of the art Function One Sound System, installed by Neuron Pro Audio. The soundtrack will be provided by Open Ear, who have worked with The Lucky Club team to curate the perfect summer playlist.
