The rooftop terrace offers some of the best views in Cappadocia. Panoramics over the village and surrounding valleys, mountains and the Erciyes volcano in the background, along with close-ups of the hot air balloons filling the sky during sunrise.

The Seten Anatolian Restaurant is one of the top restaurants in Göreme, and apart from a cosy and charming terrace, Seten Anatolian offers lots of different settings. Stylish indoor dining room, a lush open-air courtyard, and also a Cave Wine Cellar, where the traditional method to make homemade wines is still in full swing.

The menu includes tasty and traditional Turkish and local delicacies, from flatbread and soups to meat and fish grilled over an open fire.

The Seten Anatolian Cuisine Restaurant is open daily for lunch, dinner and drinks, but guests staying at the hotel can also enjoy breakfast with these fine views.
