HG Sply Co. Dallas is a farm-to-table / Paleo-style restaurant that also comes with a large and vivid Dallas rooftop bar. Located in Lower Greenville, this is a place that mixes healthy food, delicious drinks and great atmosphere.

The ground floor restaurant is rustic in a modern way and serves clean food that everyone can afford and portions that make sense, both for lunch and dinner all days of the week.

The spacious rooftop bar (9,000-square-foot) has its own menu, with food served more like bar bites and a great selection of crafted signature cocktails and craft beers, along with more healthy Tribal Juices.

The rooftop terrace is casual in decor, but still looks fantastic. Partly covered and partly open-air, the picnic like benches are complemented with greenery and fantastic views of the Dallas skyline.

Here you find both fireplaces and cosy lanterns for the colder nights and lots of fans for the warm and sunny days.

The HG Sply rooftop comes with a vibrant, fun and friendly atmosphere. Expect quite a lot of people, but as it is a large space it usually does not feel cramped. Visit for casual drinks with friends or the weekend rooftop brunch, maybe even combined with some rooftop yoga?
