Perched on top of the Hyatt Place Fort Worth/TCU, right by the Lot 12 parking, the spacious rooftop comes with both indoor and outdoor seating. The open-air terrace is surrounded with stunning views over the campus, continuing to downtown Fort Worth.

The Lot 12 menu features a selection of beer and wine, along with an extensive and surprising list of TCU-inspired cocktails. To go with the drinks, you can munch on shareables and bites, like peanut pecan butter & serrano jelly wings, Lot 12 burger and Stadium Nachos.

With a setting towards an elevated sports bar, you can visit Lot 12 to watch all the major games, or just for fun days and nights out with friends. Weekends also means rooftop brunch.

You can also get more active yourself, by reserving the Topgolf Swing Suite simulators. This a comfortable, private space to gather and play anything from a virtual round of golf, to baseball, football and many more sports.
