Overview
Stylish and unique rooftop bar & restaurant, with panoramic views over Liverpool.
Carpathia Rooftop Bar is set on top of the classic hotel 30 James Street. This used to be the home of Titanic, and is now a Titanic-themed hotel.
Located close to the Liverpool Waterfront, the top floor rooftop bar and restaurant offers sweeping panoramic views over the city, including the Three Graces (the Royal Liver, the Cunard and the Port of Liverpool buildings).
Set over several levels, Carpathia comes with a very stylish indoor restaurant, complemented with a glass terrace, open year round. One floor above is the seasonal, open-air rooftop bar, perfect for any sunny day.
Just as the hotel, the bar and restaurant take inspiration from the RMS Titanic. The name Carpathia is taken from the transatlantic passenger steamship that rescued 705 survivors from Titanic in 1912, and in the restaurant you can enjoy a taste of first-class dining on board the famous ship.
The rooftop bar does not only serve a wide range of fine champagnes, but also an impressive selection of mixology cocktails, divided into the phases of Trans-Atlantic cruises. Starting with 'Embarkation', through 'The Captain's Table' and finishing with 'Disembarkation'.
With a stylish and unique setting, lovely service and atmosphere and fantastic views, Carpathia is definitely one of the best Liverpool rooftop bars available.
