What used to be called La Terrazza dei Cavalieri is since 2020 The Roof Milano, a fine dining rooftop restaurant & a rooftop cocktail bar. Set 10 floors up, the branding might be somewhat new, but the terrace still offers the same views, which are some of the very best vistas in Milan. A magical panoramic as far as the eye can see.

The rooftop is the 'house restaurant & bar' for two hotels in the same building, belonging to the same hotel chain (Hotel Dei Cavalieri and The Square Milano Duomo).

Located in piazza Giuseppe Missori, in the very heart of the city, The Roof Milano offers the perfect mix of dining and drinks. Visit the restaurant for a lunch or dinner, enjoying a fine selection of Italian cuisine created by Chef Paolo Scaccabarozzi.

Or aim for the rooftop lounge, where the aperitif includes excellent cocktails, delicious finger food and panoramic views.

The long, balcony-like terrace is sleek and elegant, decorated with a mix of dining tables, lounge sofas and front-row bar stools. The ambience is relaxed but sophisticated, and while the prices are a bit expensive, the fantastic view and overall setting makes you forget that rather quickly.
