Perched on top of the superb Andaz Ottawa in the trendy Byward Market, the stylish rooftop bar Copper Spirits and Sights offers a view like no other. Sixteen floors up, it is the tallest rooftop in the city, and up here you really get stunning views of the Ottawa skyline and all the copper-topped buildings.

With both indoor lounge and an open-air rooftop terrace, Copper Spirits & Sights can stay open year round, but is of course best to visit during the warmer months when the outdoor patio is in full swing. There is however also some very cosy fire pits on the terrace, so a chilly night is not a big issue.

Very trendy and modern lounge in decoration, there are both comfy lounge sofas and a cool bar where you can have a seat. From the rooftop bar you can order Copper signature cocktails, Ontario beer & cider, a large selection of whiskey from America, Canada, Ireland and Scotland, and a nice selection of wines. There is also a smaller snack menu with elevated small plates.

Visit Copper Spirits & Sights during weekdays for more relaxing vibes, enjoying a cocktail and the amazing views over Ottawa. During weekends the rooftop is usually more vibrant and crowded, with live DJs turning up the atmosphere. During these hours, reservations are recommended to secure a spot out on the terrace.
