Situated on the roof of the absolutely amazing Sant Francesc Hotel Singular, the Singular Rooftop Terrace goes by many epithets: rooftop bar, pool bar, panoramic terrace, etc. Whatever we choose to call it, it is one fantastic Palma rooftop terrace.

With a size of about 200 square meters, it comes equipped with a beautiful rooftop swimming pool, comfy sun loungers, stylish lounge furniture, a large bar area and a quite magical panoramic view of Palma's old neighborhoods and the close by Sant Francesc Basilica.

The Singular Rooftop is exclusive to guests staying at the hotel during daytime (open year-round), but at summer nights everyone are welcome to enjoy the rooftop bar.

Here you'll do best sipping a delicious cocktail or a glass of champagne along with something to eat from the bar menu. The atmosphere is sophisticated and relaxed, with tones of lounge music in the background, perfect for a sunset pre-dinner cocktail or a night out with a loved one.
