Far East Descendant (FED) is a modern Cantonese restaurant in Philadelphia’s Chinatown neighborhood, opened during 2021.
With a uniqe and intimate indoor main hall dining room, FED also holds a picturesque and handcrafted second floor rooftop terrace, which is the only rooftop in the Chinatown area.
Featuring a menu deeply rooted in authentic Cantonese flavors, FED serves evrything from small plates and claypot rice to Montao sandwiches, as well as a unique cocktail menu with creative uses of Cantonese ingredients.
