Aroma Restaurant is a Michelin restaurant, located at the luxurious Hotel Palazzo Manfredi. Set on a really nice roof terrace, it's definitely on the list of the best rooftop restaurants Rome can offer.

From the rooftop you get a lovely close-up view of Colosseum and Rome's historic sites. With just 28 seats it is an intimate restaurant with really grandiose views.

Here you can enjoy Roman-born Chef Giuseppe Di Iorio's fantastic gourmet food, both á la carte style or go for a tasting menu with the option of a sommelier picking out the perfect wine for each dish. Pricey indeed, but also most likely a memory of a lifetime.

Reservation at the restaurant is a must, but there is also a lounge bar to visit if you just want to enjoy a glass of champagne or a cocktail. The rooftop terrace interior is reminiscent of a classic roof-garden, and it's open all year round thanks to retractable roof and glass windows.
