Overview
Stylish, modern and multi-space rooftop destination, with amazing views over Stockholm.
TAK Stockholm is one of the very best open-air rooftop bars in Stockholm, but it is also a lot more than that, as this multifaceted and elevated venue comes with serveral different spaces.
On the 13th floor you find a bright and stylish indoor restaurant, serving modern Scandinavian food influenced by Japanese cooking methods and flavours, created by Culinary Director Frida Ronge.
One floor above is the airy rooftop terrace, complemented with an indoor bar lounge that also holds a community-dining area called Izakaya, where you can enjoy small dishes with Asian inspiration, as well as a creative drink menu.
A new addition during 2020 was also IMA, which is a beautiful and seperate extension of the outdoor Tak terrace. This is a modern and bright indoor / outdoor living room, where you can enjoy an omakase menu of unique cocktails.
Tak rooftop terrace is located 48 meters up in the air, between the hotels At Six and Hobo, who both belongs to the hotel chain Strawberry. This is a fantastic summer destination where you can enjoy crafted signature cocktails, draught beers, Asian inspired lunch dishes, afternoon BBQ, rooftop yoga and an outstanding 360° view over Stockholm.
The terrace has a great after work lounge vibe on weekdays, and live DJs and a more vibrant atmosphere towards the weekend. Always popular, so arrive early to catch a prime spot on the terrace.
The colder months might mean a pause in summer sessions on the outdoor terrace, but the indoor lounge is a year round destination. The very modern bar and lounge, with floor-to-ceiling windows, fits up to 220 people.
Drop by for drinks and lounge vibes in the bar area, or make the visit a bit more special. Either by booking some chairs at the Izakaya community tables, indulging in small dishes like Oysters, Sterling Halibut Sashimi and Beef Tataki. Or for an extraordinary cocktail experience, reserve a lounge sofa in IMA and try the omakase-style cocktail menu.
