Located on top of the very luxurious five star Hotel Danieli, just a short walk from St. Mark's Square, you find Restaurant Terrazza Danieli. This is a romantic rooftop bar / restaurant with a magical, postcard-worthy view of Venice and the beautiful lagoon.

The luxurious vibe starts already at the entrance of the hotel and contiunes up to the rooftop and restaurant, which has a very classic Italian fine dining setting. You can enjoy lunch and dinner at the restaurant year round, and during the warmer months out on the terrace, which then also is open for afternoon/evening cocktails.

The food served at Restaurant Terrazza Danieli is Mediterranean in influence and of the very highest class. The rooftop bar has its own (extensive) menu, including fantastic mixologist cocktails, apertevi, a wide range of martini's, premium spirits, champagne, bar bites and even some cigars.

With such a luxurious setting, it's not surprise that the prices at Terrazza Danieli are quite high. But given the service you get, the views, and the quality in everything, it's well worth it every penny.

A summer visit in the Floating City should definitely include a stop at this Venice rooftop, either for pre drinks at the terrace and full dinner in the restaurant, or just for a glass of Prosecco and some afternoon snacks while taking in the amazing view.

Tip: Restaurant Terrazza Danieli is also open for Sunday brunch, serving a great buffet of delicious food paired with Ferrari Sparkling wines.
