Opened in 2019, Aurora Rooftop Bar is a modern, bright and very stylish lounge and bar, perched on top of the fantastic Andaz Vienna Am Belvedere, located right by the Schweizer Garten.

The word Aurora comes from the magical Northern Lights, and the spacious rooftop terrace takes inspiration from the Nordic design, with a minimalistic yet beautiful setting. Combined with amazing panoramics over the Vienna skyline, Aurora is really something special.

The Nordic inspiration of Aurora does not stop at decoration, as the rooftop menu is filled with drinks and dishes with a Scandinavian touch. Creative and crafted signature cocktails are complemented with tasty bar bites and a fine selection of spirits, beer, wine and champagne.

Chic and trendy in atmosphere and setting, Aurora Rooftop Bar has quickly become one of Vienna's hot spots for fine drinks and even better views. Usually surrounded with lounge tunes from DJs, the rooftop works great for both sunny afternoon drinks and more vibrant nightly adventures.

A new addition for 2021 was the beautiful Clicquot Chandelier outdoor bar, complete with a starry sky made from champagne bottles.
