Found atop the modern and fabulous Thompson Washington D.C. in Navy Yard, Anchovy Social rooftop is the go-to spot for waterfront vibes, after-work drinks, and the occasional seafood tower.

Inspired by the coastal spirit of the sister restaurant Maialino Mare downstairs, the 8 000 square foot rooftop holds both a stylish indoor lounge with floor-to-ceiling windows, and a seasonal outdoor terrace. The 12th floor location also means fantastic 360-degree views over DC, including Nationals Park, the Anacostia River and the waterfront.

Up here you can enjoy a beverage menu that highlights old favorite cocktails with inventive twists, regional beers on bottle and tap, as well as a fine selection of wine and spirits. Complementing the drinks are both seafood-inspired bites and Focaccia Pizzas.

Open most nights of the week, and year-round, Anchovy Social is a prime DC rooftop for some fine after-work outings, beautiful sunsets and a slice of 'la dolce vita'. Expect trendy vibes and live music and DJ sets on a regular basis.
