Overview
Posh rooftop oasis floating above Georgetown.
Located in Georgetown, along the the historic and scenic C&O Canal, the 5-star hotel Rosewood Washington, D.C. comes with an equally top-class rooftop bar and lounge, called CUT Above.
Equipped with plush and modern lounge furniture, the stylish and wooden decked terrace serve some fantastic views over the DC skyline, including the legendary Kennedy Center and the Washington Monument, as well as the Potomac River.
An elevated extension of the restaurant CUT D.C by Wolfgang Puck downstairs, the rooftop is open to all during the warmer months. Here you can enjoy a menu that includes refreshing & crafted cocktails and a nice selection of wines, as well as elevated bar fare, from cheese platters to burgers.
With a great service and sophisticated vibe, the CUT Above rooftop is a top spot to enjoy some soft music and conversations with friends. The rooftop terrace is however not huge, so when the weather is fine, be in good time to secure one of the lounge sofas.
Guests staying at the Rosewood can also take refreshing dips with a view in the adjacent rooftop pool.
